Submissive behaviour in the male always leads to some form of servitude.
The dominant wife usually involves her mother!
And this works because his fear of femininity and shame is all the more acute when facing a third party. The mother-in-law helps feminize the obedient husband, and her training, almost by default, turns him into a servant.
He might start his new life as an apron-wearing houseboy, but in the end she'll have him in a real maid's uniform. And he will share her bed!
